China coal mine gas leak toll rises to 30

BANGKOK – An US-made F16 fighter jet crashed in northern Thailand Monday, killing the pilot, the Royal Thai Air Force said.

Security guard at Bansal’s house commits suicide

NEW DELHI – A security guard posted at the residence of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal committed suicide, police said Sunday.

Thirty five-year-old Parishan Marak from the Indian Reserve Battalion was posted at 6, Ashoka Road, and was a native of Meghalaya.
