US state civic association elect canine as president!
MELBOURNE - Dogs aren’t just man’s best friend, they can lead men too - meet Ms Beatha Lee - a shaggy wheaten terrier who was chosen as president of Hillbrook-Tall Oaks Civic Association this year.
When the 20-year-old organisation held its annual meeting last June only the names and qualifications of candidates for president were announced.

Chinese man bitten by snake on penis while sitting on toilet
MELBOURNE - A man in China was bitten on his penis by a snake as he was sitting down on the toilet.
According to the China Times, the 51-year-old Taiwanese man, from Nantou County, Tapei, stood up and saw the big snake.

Brit grandma convicted of bestiality for sex with rottweiler
LONDON - A woman in Britain, who was photographed having sex with her pet rottweiler, has been convicted of bestiality.
Paula Mangan, 42, who has two teenage daughters and one grandchild, was photographed with the rottweiler-chow cross by boyfriend Lee McCall, 41.

Dog owners end up walking over 23,000 miles - almost around the world
LONDON - Dog owners end up walking more than 23,000 miles - almost as far as walking around the world - with their pet during its lifetime, according to a new study.
