ISI takes Mullah Omar to hospital after heart attack

Two die in blast near school in Peshawar

PESHAWAR – At least two people were killed and several children were injured Wednesday in a blast that took place near a school in northwest Pakistan’s Peshawar city, police said.

The bomb went off outside a private school in Nothia area of Peshawar, the capital of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, reported Xinhua quoting local media reports.

Four bodies found in Pakistan

50 killed in Iraq suicide bombing

TIKRIT – At least 50 people were killed in a suicide bombing Tuesday outside a police recruitment centre in the Iraqi city of Tikrit, security sources said.

A source said the bomber blew himself up outside the centre where hundreds of young people were lined up.
