Two killed in bomb attack on North Caucasus cafe
MOSCOW – A bomb attack on a cafe in the conflict-ridden North Caucasus region killed at least two people and left five others seriously wounded, Interfax news agency reported Friday.

Three Maoists held in Orissa
BHUBANESWAR – Three Maoists were arrested Friday in Orissa’s Malkangiri district, police said.
The rebels were arrested during a combing operation conducted by police in a forested area, Superintendent of Police Anirudh Singh told IANS.
A home-made gun was recovered from them, he said.
Malkangiri, 618 km from Bhubaneswar, is considered a Maoist

Four Maoists arrested, cash and explosives seized
RANCHI – Four Maoists were arrested from two districts of Jharkhand Friday and Rs.4.75 lakh in cash and explosives were seized from them, police said.
