WASHINGTON – A top-ranking Taliban leader, who was trained in Pakistan and involved in making improvised explosive devices, suicide vests and anti-aircraft weapons, has been killed by the NATO troops in Afghanistan’s restive Kinduz province.

ULFA chairman Rajkhowa released from jail
