Delhi Metro to get new helpline number
NEW DELHI – Delhi Metro is all set to get a new helpline number to provide better and improved customer care services, an official said Sunday.
The new 24-hour helpline number, 155363, which will replace the existing number, 128128, and will be operational from Jan 1 to register complaints and suggestions regarding Delhi Metro services.
