11 militants hanged in Iran

TEHRAN – Eleven members of the Sunni Muslim militant group Jundollah were hanged Monday in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchistan, the Khabar news network reported.

Militants destroy NATO supply tankers in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – Suspected Islamist militants in northwestern Pakistan near the Afghan border Monday torched two oil tankers carrying fuel for the NATO forces in Afghanistan, official said.
