Supreme Court stays counsel’s suspension

NEW DELHI – The Supreme Court Wednesday stayed the Madras High Court order suspending senior counsel R.K. Chandramohan from the membership of the Tamil Nadu Bar Council and as its chairman.

Don’t remove night shelters, apex court tells states
