78,000 tonnes of garbage collected from Three Gorges Dam

BEIJING – Sanitation workers have collected 78,000 tonnes of garbage from China’s Three Gorges Dam, the world’s largest hydro-power project on the Yangtze river in the country’s southeast.

China’s industrial output up 13.3 percent in November

BEIJING – China’s industrial value-added output year-on-year growth rose to 13.3 percent in November from 13.1 percent in October, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Saturday.
