Nobel committee cool to Walesa offer

Maximum child abuse cases from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh
NEW DELHI – The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) received 75 cases of child abuse till Oct 31. The highest number of cases were reported from Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the Rajya Sabha was informed Monday.
