UK unemployment rate down 0.1 pct to 7.8 percent in 3 months through July
UK unemployment rate falls by 0.1 pct to 7.8 pct
LONDON – Official figures show Britain’s unemployment rate fell by 0.1 percent to 7.8 percent in the three months to July.
The Office for National Statistics said Wednesday that total unemployment fell by 8,000 people between May and July to 2.47 million.
