Emerson Electric agrees to sell LANDesk unit to private equity firm Thoma Bravo
Thoma Bravo agrees to buy LANDesk Software
SALT LAKE CITY – Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire the LANDesk Software unit from Emerson Electric Co.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
