Nirupama Rao to meet Dalai Lama in Mcleodganj
DHARAMSALA – Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao is arriving at McLeodganj near here, the headquarters of the Tibetan government-in-exile, Saturday and is slated to meet the Dalai Lama, an official said.
