Mizoram governor wants census of Myanmarese migrants

AIZAWL – Mizoram Governor Lt. Gen. (Retd) M.M. Lakhera has suggested a census of Myanmarese nationals staying in the northeastern state, bordering Myanmar, officials said here Saturday.

Andhra not happy with Krishna waters verdict

HYDERABAD – The Andhra Pradesh government Friday said it was not satisfied with the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal verdict on sharing of surplus water with neighbouring Karnataka and Maharashtra.
